These Terms govern your use of 1Now, Inc.’s (“1Now”) websites and software. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
1Now provides software for car rental operators and Turo hosts to take direct bookings, verify renters, take payments and manage their fleet. Features and plans may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your content and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Not affiliated with Turo
1Now is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Turo. “Turo” is a trademark of its owner.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Now is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date below. Continued use means you accept the changes.
