What does 1Now cost?
  • You pay one monthly fee, based on how many cars you have.
  • You do not pay us anything extra from your bookings. You keep all the money you earn.
  • There is no cost to get started. Your website is included.
  • Higher plans also connect your Turo calendar and give you reports.
Ask your rep for the exact price for the number of cars you have.
How fast can I get started?
  • Most hosts have their own website ready in about a day.
  • Your website can start taking bookings just minutes after it's set up.
  • You get your own website address for free, with the small lock icon that shows it's safe.
  • Already have a website? We can add our booking system to it.
How do I manage my cars?
  • Add, change, or remove any car from one simple screen.
  • Turn a car off or back on any time — for example, when it needs repairs.
  • Group similar cars together so renters can compare them easily.
Can I change how my website looks?
  • Yes. You can change your logo, colors, and wording yourself. No computer skills needed.
  • More than 225 other car hosts already use 1Now.

Onboarding Guide

What happens right after you sign up, step by step, until you're ready to take bookings.

~7 minutes
Your website builds itself. You just watch it happen.
6 tasks
A short checklist to get ready for bookings.
Skip & return
Finish any task later from your dashboard.
What do I need to sign up?
  • Just an email address and a password (it needs an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character).
  • Then your company name, where you operate, your name, and your phone number.
  • If you're already on Turo, you can also add your Turo profile link here — more on why below.
How do I pay?
  • You pick a plan, then pay through Stripe — a card number, name, country, and ZIP code. That's it.
What happens right after I pay?
  • Your website builds itself automatically. It takes about 7 minutes.
  • You'll watch it happen on your screen — first your website name is reserved, then your site is built, then it goes live.
What is the "get ready" checklist?
  • A short list of 6 tasks to get your account ready for bookings: turn on ID checks for renters, turn on insurance checks for renters, add your own damage and liability insurance, add your cars, sync your Turo calendar, and connect Stripe to get paid.
  • You can finish a task now, or skip it and come back to it later.
Do I have to add my cars one by one?
  • Not if you're already on Turo — paste your Turo profile link when you sign up, and your cars are pulled in for you automatically.
  • You can also add a car yourself any time with "+ Add a car."
What do I see once everything is set up?
  • You land on your dashboard: your bookings, the money you've earned, and your cars, all in one place.
  • It also shows how much you're saving by booking direct instead of through Turo.

Insurance Guide

What renters can buy, what it costs, who pays for what, and where it isn't offered yet.

The renter pays
this is separate from your rental price
›
It goes to Bonzah
our insurance partner
›
You keep your rental money
this never touches what you earn
Who pays for what?
  • The renter pays for insurance when they book. This is separate from your rental price, so it does not change what you earn.
  • You still need your own car insurance too. This does not replace it.
What happens if a car comes back damaged?
  • You report the damage, not the renter.
  • Bonzah pays the money for the damage directly to you.
Can renters use the car for Uber or DoorDash?
  • No. This insurance does not cover driving for Uber, DoorDash, or similar jobs.
Can I still list the same car on Turo?
  • Yes, this insurance also covers Turo bookings.
  • Just double check your own car insurance too — some policies don't allow renting your car out at all.
What if my renter already has their own insurance?
  • 1Now checks it for you. We confirm their insurance company, policy number, and dates ourselves.
What about the security deposit?
  • This is a hold on their card, not an actual charge.
  • It's released by itself when the trip ends okay. It might show as "cancelled" on their card — that's normal, no money was taken.

Support Guide

Common questions once you're up and running. A real person always answers you.

~10 minutesto answer a chat message
2–3 hoursto answer an email
Alwaysa real person, never a robot
How do renters extend their trip?
  • They ask for more days from inside their booking.
  • You approve it. The extra days and cost are added by themselves.
How do renters prove who they are?
  • It happens automatically when they book. They upload their ID, and we check their insurance.
  • You'll see the result right on the booking.
Can I check a renter myself?
  • Yes — open the booking and send them a link by text or email.
  • You'll see the result on the booking once they finish.
How do renters book a car?
  • They pick a car, choose their dates, prove who they are, pay, and sign. Just a few simple steps.
How do I keep track of my bookings?
  • Everything is in one app — your calendar, your messages, payments, and your cars.
Does this work together with Turo?
  • Yes. A booking on Turo or on your own website blocks that date everywhere.
  • Your car can never get booked twice by mistake.
Why isn't my Turo booking showing up on 1Now?
  • This usually means your Turo connection needs to be reconnected. Check it in your settings.
  • Still stuck? Start a chat and support will fix it for you.
What insurance can renters use?
  • They can buy damage cover when they book, or use their own insurance if they have it.
  • You decide what's required for each car.
